JESSICA PINZON, FOUNDER
For the past 15 years, I’ve had the pleasure of working in the interior design community selling furniture and finishes, developing relationships and building market knowledge.
After a successful career establishing Innovations in the Texas market and managing the Donghia Texas region, I knew it was time to strike out on my own. Growing up in a family business, it was an inevitable next step. I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the best leaders and brands in the business. I’ve traveled to mills all over the world and to international and national trade shows cultivating strong relationships.
By maintaining a small footprint with a European-style, casual and approachable atmosphere, we access the resources needed and eliminate the unnecessary austerity and stuffiness. I want designers to feel our space is an extension of their office and that our services are an extension of theirs.
LAURA MICHELE HARRIS,
STUDIO DIRECTOR + RESIDENTIAL SALES CONSULTANT
I'm thrilled to join the Pholio Co team as the Studio Director and Residential Sales Consultant. I'll be covering the North Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas territory. I'm looking forward to continuing my career in the design industry! My background is in design and sales with over 7 years of experience. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work with some of the most talented designers, creating wonderful relationships along the way. I'm excited to bring that passion to Pholio Co, here in Dallas, Texas.
I graduated from the University of North Texas in 2016 then moved to Dallas, Tx full time. I now live in small town Lavon, Texas with my husband of almost 5 years and precious dog, Douglas Bernard. In my spare time, I enjoy doing anything creative, learning a new skill, antiquing, and hosting fun parties for my friends and family. Joining Pholio Co has been the best next step for my career in design. Providing smiles and making people's lives easier is my goal. Let's connect!
CARLA HUDDLESTON,
SALES DIRECTOR + SOUTH TEXAS SALES CONSULTANT
For the past 13 years, I've delighted in cultivating a career in the interior design community, building strong relationships and solving design challenges. With a background in design consulting and project management, I provide seamless and effective solutions for designers, acting as an extension of their team.
I've worked on a variety of residential and contract projects throughout South Texas, leveraging my expertise in bespoke furniture and textile design to create tailored solutions. My experience includes collaborating with Jessica at Donghia, which deepened my understanding of the luxury design market. I'm passionate about using my extensive knowledge of furniture, textiles, and finishes to bring clients' visions to life.
Originally from Dallas, I've embraced Houston's vibrant culture. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, painting, trying new restaurants, and traveling to explore different cultures and design inspirations. As a working mom of two young children, I balance my professional and personal life with enthusiasm, finding that my family experiences enrich my approach to design.
Joining Pholio Co feels like a natural step in my career, aligning perfectly with my dedication to creativity, client service, and community. I am passionate about serving and helping our clients, understanding their needs, and meeting those needs with the best solutions possible.

With a degree in Interior Design and a passion for furniture and lighting, along with 18 years of sales experience in the design industry, working with Pholio is a perfect fit.
For the past 10 years I have connected designers with manufacturers who specialize in creating custom furniture and lighting. My passion is working with our clients and seeing their projects come to life.
The world of hospitality is full of creativity and I enjoy seeing what each project brings and consider myself lucky to be a part of the industry.

In 2017 I graduated from university in Argentina with a degree in International Trade. From the moment I started studying I knew I wanted to dedicate myself to build relationships with people around the world. I have 9 years of experience in the client service, operations and supply chain industry. I’ve worked with different international companies within the Americas, Europe and Asia.
I am sure my background in operations and customer service will help me provide the best experience to everyone in the Pholio Co family.
EMILY McNEAL, MARKETING DIRECTOR
After graduating from TCU with a degree in studio art in 2016, I was hired by Jessica to work in the Donghia showroom. We’ve now worked together for over five years and couldn’t be a better team!
I love all things design, from graphic to interior, and find joy in helping create beautiful spaces. One of my favorite projects recently was drawing the studio renderings when we were in the process of creating Studio Co.
